DeliveBoo
Are you familiar with DeliveBoo? It is a food delivery web app like Deliveroo and it is for nerdy friends, in fact, logo is made using computer symbols and represents a sandwich, lasagna, and tiramisu. Sit back, relax and watch the video!
DeliveBoo is a web app for food delivery that caters to the geek community. Its name is a combination of "Delivery" and "Boolean". The app's logo represents a sandwich, a tiramisu, and a lasagna stylized using computer symbols such as angle brackets and tildes.
Users can navigate the app and choose from the available restaurants in their city. They can then place orders by selecting the desired dishes from the chosen restaurant. Registration is not required, and purchases can be made by anyone. During the purchase process, users fill out a form and provide all the necessary information for delivery.
On the other hand, restaurant owners have registered accounts that provide them with a virtual space to showcase their restaurant's dishes. The site also features a login system for restaurant owners, allowing them to manage their activities.
To create the site, it was necessary to design a relational database, creating the necessary entities and establishing relationships between them. The site is divided into two main sections: a front office section developed with Vue.js, where users navigate and make purchases, and a back office section exclusively for restaurant owners, developed using Laravel.
In this project, I took care of the graphics, user interface (UI), user experience (UX), and coding. The technologies used include HTML, CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap, Vue.js, Laravel, MySQL.
